Mike&#8217;s Engagement Session, Boulder Wedding Photographer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was so excited to see Taryn and Mike for their engagement session in Colorado. \u00a0We had already met in Burlington, VT when they visited early in the summer to plan their upcoming wedding at Sugarbush&#8230;.and the wedding is just one week away! \u00a0Having already shared a few beers and good laughs together, these guys feel like old friends. \u00a0We have \u00a0so much in common; they live in Boulder, CO and I have connections to that area through friends and family who live there. \u00a0Colorado is like a second home to me. \u00a0The light in Colorado tends to be pretty awesome&#8230;they regularly get a very beautiful &#8216;magic light&#8217; at sunset. \u00a0Combined with the dramatic western skies, it&#8217;s a welcome sight for any photographer who works regularly on the east coast. \u00a0The Flatiron mountain range in Boulder is quite a majestic backdrop. \u00a0I was looking forward to seeing Taryn and Mike again and knew how much it would mean to them to do their engagement session in their home town. \u00a0Most of all I enjoy photography in new places and the challenges and rewards that come with it. \u00a0I would get bored if I worked at one location every day. \u00a0 So we were all excited for our time together in Boulder and it was a beautiful, sunny day. \u00a0We started downtown and had some fun by the river that flows behind the public library. \u00a0Later we took a short hike up into the Flatirons that tower above Boulder. \u00a0It was like going into a completely different world, just minutes away. \u00a0There, as the sun was setting we had fun in the fields and cliffs and later headed back down into Boulder to share a few cold beers together.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"pp-lightbox-1348862854\" class=\"pp-lightbox-placeholder pp-gallery-placeholder lightbox-1348862854 mceItem\" style=\"display: none;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lovebuzzphoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/p4\/placeholders\/lightbox-placeholder-1348862854.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was so excited to see Taryn and Mike for their engagement session in Colorado. \u00a0We had already met in Burlington, VT when they visited early in the summer to plan their upcoming wedding at Sugarbush&#8230;.and the wedding is just one week away! \u00a0Having already shared a few beers and good laughs together, these guys [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3186,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-3084","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-engagement"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Taryn &amp;
